Dilbert was a great comic. I liked the TV adaptation too.

His coffee time dailies were boring and hyperbolic, but he was tenacious. I hope his death was not painful and wish his family condolences.

Someone once said the number of Dilbert strips you had tacked up in your cubicle was inversely proportional to how much you enjoyed your job. I agree.
Which makes it all the more shameful what Adams turned into late in life - unless he was that way all along and just better at hiding it, which I doubt.

It's a mental disorder that takes place when someone blames all their problems on a class of people or various classes of people, without considering that problems can be addressed in a rational way. It's a short circuit in the brain that leads to becoming a follower in the Pig's cult.
