The picture is Spandau prison... a Nazi POW camp in WW2.

The Nazis used to hang the Jews and other prisoners, and as a 'joke' (the sick fucks) christened the twictching as the hung prisoners were dying the 'Spandau Ballet'.....

The group say they did not know this when they were formed and they got their name from some graffiti......
