DarlingNikki, you responded to my story thread so you must have forgotten.

Oh, I remember your story thread. I just don't see why there's anything there that I should be angry about.

Sheesh, my point was based on your point, so I guess it is nothing.

is this your friendly side?

DN, you seemed put off by the story at the time.

Lowly as most people believe it to be, he is a carpet layer (and licker... oops, i forgot that i no longer have a carpet, per request). Back on track here, he earns a buncha per hour, as he is skilled and speedy. Love my man...

My cousin is a carpet layer - and yeh he makes good dough. Myself, - I'm an electrician, and the money is pretty good in this too. Never a moment without work, thats for sure.

I've read thru this thread, and laughed at the stereotypes that are often made about people. Sometimes i wished i had gone on to uni/college but unless you've got reasonably weatlthy parents it can be hard as has already mentioned to be able to succsessfully get thru and pay your way...
I decided on a trade because i was good with my hands, dexterous with such things, and found electrical to be a very interesting thing to get into.

Even with dating, personally i think an open mind is the best way to go. Otherwise you (in a general sense) could potentially be letting slip past some of the best people you may ever meet.

Some great points debated here - even if it started to slip into tit for tat a the end... lol...

Dips.

all you people are insane. blah blah .. thats all i am seeing.

De Sade--you do make genernal statementsplz be mindful.

But for the rest of you i will simply laugh. The same thing just happened in this thread right before you guys started talking.
lovechild made a genernal statement, people got on her for it(including me) and people decided to defend her. This just happens to be with a new rotation of people. SO much for that higher education and learning crap.
I think for half of what de sade said is true. The other stuff is just out there. Kinda like how videogames and music make u more violent. Those people should be shot on the spot. :D

But i wil end with this. Just because you may be older. It doesn't mean that you are smarter by any means. SO plz if your going to try to show off how old you are and that your words should be respected because of this. Then you are wrong. Don't come in here and say well i am older i have more experence in this department. I don't care if you have more experence smoking crack! It still doesn't make you right.
Maybe you should be mindful and ask the person as to what he, she or he/she mean't. But what your old and don't need to do this cuz you retain this holy level.

Enjoy

Thanks for being a dear... I got married and had my kids very early, am now 37, never finished high school, did my GED 12 years after "supposed" graduation, scored 100% with bare studying. Hmmm... anyhow, have an interior design business, doing pretty well, and fuck the world standards. When I go to champagne breakfasts at the high-horse clubs, do you think they ask me about my education? No. Do you think I tell them? Yep.

Loving feelings,
Lascivious

no, I really dont.
But back on topic, I am cautious about dating because of the atmosphere in this modern world. People are uptight and looking to hurt others.

Plasma, I really think you are okay. However, if you wish to disinegrate people, proper spelling and grammer would get you much further in your attempt. *smacking myself, trying to be nice* I will never say I'm more important for my age. But ask me some questions... never mind, don't. It would be too scary. I have never smoked crack in my lifetime. Some blotters, yeah, put those under my tongue. Never now again.

Kisses,
Lascivious

LOL. I couldn't agree more. People have no right to "disinegrate" people unless their spelling and "grammer" are perfect.

*kicking out the hijackers with my 12" boots

as for men&women wanting to date older partners, that seems to limit the possibilities of meeting your ideal mate. I was precocious as a child so I was always attracted to older women but I know that some younger females can be mature regardless of chronological age.

What an absolutely perfect reminder to myself to stay off the computer after imbibing. It disintegrates my spelling and grammar. *Laughing deeply at myself*

Happy day,

Oh, NO. Not a wisecrack, not at all. (At least not one directed toward YOU, haha.) I greatly enjoy your posts, and would certainly never put you down for the things you say.

I was laughing (still am) because if De Sade reiterates one more time that he does not make generalizations, I might go insane myself.

Now I really AM leaving this thread...and I don't even need those big 12" (whatever) boots to help me!

Adios.

you STILL have not pointed out where I made a generalization so this argument is over with.

you'll post again. Its in your nature.

Just a reminder...

Dear De Sade:

Wantonica said:
It was a gross generalization to assume that it is only the younger women who think they are too good to date due to their looks and expendable income. :D Or that older women think younger men only want sex... hey, we think older men only want sex too. Or that women want their husband or b/f to look like a male film star.

Thanks, dear. I am feeling a little skeptical today, since I was posting last night in an altered state. It's terrible to wake up and have to edit yourself.

Dear wantonica:
I did not include the word ALL anywheres in that paragraph. I am tired of explaining myself.
Any other petty complaints?

Women see male film stars and wish their b/f or husband looked like them. Younger women feel they are too good to date because they have looks and expendable $. Older women see young guys as just wanting sex and not a LTR.

*sigh*

I believe the "all" is inferred.

Do you really want to hear petty complaints? My favorite pen is running out of ink. The cleaning girl forgot to dust my filing cabinet. A bird shit on my car. My cell phone won't work in the shopping mall. Life sure does suck!

Big smiles,
Lascivious Wanton

oh yeah? well my computer is 6 yrs. old, my dog is deaf, there is no food in the house and I just found 3 more grey hairs.
*ALL was not inferred, it is simply over reaction because the topic involves the sexes.
