Daily Motivation

I have only made fruit smoothies so far. I put some frozen fruit, plain yoghurt and water.

Needing my motivation after this weekend. Back on track.

Unfortunately I need a literal, physical kick in the ass then a cerebral one.

Starting my detox and gym regime again this week.
I have been sooo lazy this past while.
Time to get on it like a car bonnet :D
 
This thread is motivation for me to get back once I'm strong enough (soon)

My daily routine:
2 hours of elliptical
20 minutes of stretching
15-25 minutes on the heavy bag

add the Bowfex (45 minutes once a week
lots of biking and walking
mountain biking

Up to walking now

That's awesome. I'm sure you'll be back up to speed in no time :)
 
Now that it's warmer out I do a lot more exercising outside than at the gym. Far less people coming up to me to try and give me "pointers".
