Of how people will react to a post here in cyber space or to a verbalization in the real world depending on the person who puts it out or says it.

For example:

Say some one from the Right were to post something, Someone from the center/left were to post the exact same thing, word for word, verbatum.

You would get two totally different response styles.

i.e - A rightist would post concerns over something like the abuse of Homeland Security, it is likely that the response would be a knee jerk reaction or something along the lines of 'You find a conspiracy under every rock'

but

A Centerward/Leftward would post the same post Copy and paste it word for word and the crowd would likely give a 'here, here' or a 'down with Nazis' styel reply.

I find it amusing here especially but in Real life moreso.

for example:

Up in the the store the other day I was doing a Merchandisers reline and was near one of the departments so I could over hear come of the conversation in that department. It was the Seafod department. Here went the conversation:

Grocery Manager: That looks dangerous, don't you think you should move that to x location

Minimum Wage Lackey: oh no, its perfectly safe no problem with it like that.

G.M: Ok, *walks away*

MWL: *hums real slim shady please stansd up*

Seafood Manager: That looks dangerous, don't you think you should move that to x location {Exact same words as the GM I swear}

MWL: Oh yeah, I see that I fix that right now *moves the whatever*

Both people offered the exact same concern but only the one closer to the listeners station was heeded the othe was dismissed cause his postion wasn't in the listeners field.

The advice/comments were both presented the same. The advice/comments were very valid but they were only heeded by someone of similar orientation.

Is it a form of mind racism that we do that?

It's not racism. Race is not a factor.

It's simply a question of who has power over you. The Grocery Manager has no real power over the lackey. The Seafood Manager apparently does.

For example, if the manager of the Retail Store were to come in and make a "suggestion" about the movies, I would pretty much ignore him/her. No power, you see. But it's all Natex. But I thumb my nose at authority anyway. :p

I don't mean racism in the normative use of the word racism.

I mean it in the use of ones opinion isn't as valid as another because of how the mind/person percieves that other persons relation to thier own position.

the grocery Manager in this case does rank higher than the seafood managerin the fod chain and he has authority over the seafod manager and all that work in that department

but the Lackey semed to be of mind racism{sory lack of a better term here} smd to think his opinion didn't matter on the subject because he didn't work in sed{sp] department, but because the seafood manager did work in sed{sp} department his opinion did mater about the safety. both managers stated the same thing but the lackeys mind racism only allowed for the seafood managers opinion to be valid

Could there be a simpler explanation in your example?

One manager asked a question. Lackey answered it in the way that would cause the least amount of effort.

A second manager asks the same question. A light dawns in the dim recesses of Lackey's mind that maybe a bit of effort on his part will cause management to quit asking questions of him.
