Condom Question

Well, it's not too exciting - in part, a bit embarassing since I'm clueless.

(note: For what it's worth, I'm 20, male, and a college student)
My girlfriend and I are nearing the point where we're going to have sex -- which is a first for the both of us. She's had the Depo shot, but I'm still going to use condoms.

Thing is, I'm not sure what to buy.
I bought a pack of Trojans today (spermicial/lubricated) ... but, um, they don't fit. Close to painfully tight, in fact.

I'm fairly sure that I'm applying them right, as I've "practiced" several times, but it seems that they're too small. I can't get them to unroll properly.

I'm just wondering: At 7" in lenght and 6" in girth/around, should I try and find a "larger" size? Or, am I just applying the condoms wrong?

Well, there's certainly no harm in buying the larger size to find out, but remember that they are supposed to fit snugly. You're trying to trap a liquid in there. If they aren't going on comfortably though, I would explore a different brand or move up to the jumbo pak!

PS: the 'roll' of the condom curls to the outside...just in case

Just for testing purposes, try the Magnum kind. Dunno if they might be too big, but check it and let us know.

Ease up, people. Remember, we may call 'em boners, but there's no bone in there (unlike heads and arms, etc.). Yes, you can squeeze a big cock into a small condom, but that doesn't mean it's comfortable. I can squeeze my size 11 feet into a size 10 shoe, but it's gonna feel cramped like hell.
