Man I guess it's a bit too late
Dear all,
I didn't know this threa existed having been on Lit for only a few weeks. I just finished school this past June. Sad but true. Now it's the real world. Hope to hear from anyone sometime.
Oh I have too many degrees. One in advertising, one in marketing communication and the last one in computer art. And I'm way pass the age gathering here.
Man I've been in school too long.

Welcome to the thread as long as you can fit in with us we don't care, I have been out of school almost 10 years now so you won't be the only one that is out in here, there are also a couple more so just stop on by and check in whenever.

ugh...i hate summer classes...i'm taking one that is 5 credits. it really should not be offered as a six-week course...we meet 4 days a week for two hours...i have a huge project in this class on monday. the class itself only started on last monday. *sighs and plops down on the couch, hoping someone will come by to re-energize me*

I'm a Computer Art major with an emphasis in motion graphics. It's more or less like moving graphic design. I wish that I did 3D like some of my friends and went into the gaming industry.

What computer field will you be able to go into will it mainly be like web design?
It's not too bad I have volunteered for about 10 years and been paid 5 I have close to 500 hours of training, but right now in SC you can fight fire with a minimum of 90 hours.

Web design and probably broadcast design and also advertising I hope. It's quit tough to think of what field to enter because it's so spread out all over the country.
And I'll start off with a Miller Lite then.

Well...
Let's see. Some of my friends are getting jobs but I've been pretty behind trying to design my website. I guess by this Wednesday I should be sending out more resumes. (BURP!)
I hope that something comes up. Never know when but hopefully soon.
