I hear ladies often say 'a women can do any man's job and usually better'.

How true is that statement and do women really care to do a man's job? Are there really such things as men's or women's jobs now a days?

Wouldn't that all depend on the job, and the woman doing it?

Which man is she being compared to?

I don't really think there are "mens" and "womens" jobs any more...i used to work construction a few years back.. i was one of 4 women on a 10 person crew... and we were treated with alot of respect... so i think that social barrier is becomming a little weaker.
