I'm 5'4, 210 lbs and wear a 22/24... how'd you do that??

I work out, a LOT. I know the fat haters think anybody over a size 10 just sits on the couch eating all day, but its soooo not true!

I eat 2000 calories or less a day (usually waaaay less) and jog just about every day, plus lift weights, swim several times a week, do leg lifts, squats, and crunches every day, etc.

And yet still I hear these men saying, "Well if you ate less and exericised more, you'd be skinny!!!"

Uh, HELLO, I exercise twice as much as most skinny people I know already!

I was a size 3 back in high school (had to eat under 500 calories a day). I felt weak all the time, was constantly getting sick, etc. Furthermore, I couldn't get a date to save my life!

I gained 70lbs and PRESTO I've got a date every week and I'm not sick anymore.

Go figure!

and the same can be said for women....I love them and all, but as a general rule they are only so attractive.
