Hey you two Things have been going pretty good thanks. I spent three days at a camp with my daughter and her classmates...what a wonderful bunch!!! I was in the kitchen pretty much the whole time but we had a lot of fun and afterwards all her friends kept coming up and telling me what a wonderful cook I was (there were 6 of us cooking!) The best compliment came when a girl who didn't like homefries came back to get some because she tasted her friends' (and yes...I did do the homefries...LOL).

Summer Solstice was pretty quiet for me Bright...we are having our Ritual this evening so I decided to wait and just celebrate with my fellow group members rather than do two Rituals. It looks to be a very promising Ritual though. Our youngest group member is doing it and it's her first one.

Hey Sweets!! Camp was wonderful! It was just something that the Phys. Ed. teacher at the school does for the grade 6's because a) he loves kids and b) he knows a lot of them don't get to have an experience like that in their young lives. He's done it with all the schools that he's been in over the past 15 years.

To make good homefries...cut up the potatoes the night before and let them soak in water all night....them when you fry them, use some oil and make sure to sprinkle them well with garlic powder, then cook 'em until they are a beautiful golden brown....yum, yum!!
