But Her E-mails!

Lol. Aw.

"Cares" about the treatment of "sensitive" information. So patriotic!

No, you don't.

If you don't know the answer to the first question then you can't know the answer to the second.

Putting classified information onto an unsecured electronic device/network was the problem and the violation with Clinton.

If Ivanka didn't put/send classified information onto her shit and it was just a "What's for lunch?" email?

Then there was no legal foul nor any hypocrisy on the part of all the people who wanted Hillary held accountable under the law just like poor people.

I don't get to call for anything. But I wouldn't see any harm in checking it out to see if sensitive information had been compromised.

However if it is found she did compromise a bunch of top secret shit? I think we should lock her ass up same as any.

But I would not be against giving her the SAME pass we have Clinton just so everything is equal!! FBI come out and say 'Yeaaaa she totally did it, but since we can't prove she was doing anything malicious with it there is legal wiggle room for the elites with us backing them so we're going to let it slide. ' :D

Your fucking head would explode....

And I would laugh my ass off at the collective SJW meltdown.

LOL you know damn well if she did or not (she almost certainly did somewhere along her however many decades in DC) we wouldn't know shit about any of them, and never will.

Get fucked poser.

Everyone here knows you are full of shit. :D

It's funny to watch him double down trying to protect Rs when caught in obvious hypocrisy.

No it isn't! No it isn't! We really care about classified information!*

*Then you would care about lax security clearances and Trump's unsecured phone.

Everyone here knows you are full of shit. :D

IMO the underlying issue with the Clinton's is the resentment of their privilege and that the rules and customs of society most people willingly live by just did not apply to them.

It is abundantly clear that the rules and customs of society not only do not apply to a Trump or a Trump sycophant, but that they openly and flagrantly flaunt them.

Everyone here knows you are full of shit. :D

Everyone but him, obviously. I've never seen someone so hell bent on proving their stupidity...I've been on messageboards for a long time, he's the most prolific dumbfuck of them all.

Maybe after he buys the state of Minnesota, he'll have to time do something else rather than sit his fat ass on here all day and night. What a loser.

One was Sec of State, one wasnt

Go ahead, attack the source...we ALL know they MADE this up

Clinton's 2009 NDA signing that said there were criminal penalties for "any unauthorized disclosure" of classified material:

As the nation’s chief diplomat, Hillary Clinton was responsible for ascertaining whether information in her possession was classified and acknowledged that "negligent handling" of that information could jeopardize national security, according to a copy of an agreement she signed upon taking the job.

A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for "any unauthorized disclosure" of classified information.

Experts have guessed that Clinton signed such an agreement, but a copy of her specific contract, obtained by the Competitive Enterprise Institute through an open records request and shared with the Washington Free Beacon, reveals for the first time the exact language of the NDA.

"I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of SCI by me could cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation," the agreement states.

You are in the wrong thread as this one is about current events, ancient history is down the hall to the left.

If they haven't cared about Trump himself using an unsecure phone, and they sure haven't, they're obviously not going to care what Ivanka is up to.

Thinking they're going to be shamed by their inconsistency assumes they can be shamed by anything at all. It's wasted effort.

having said what I said

it was DUMB for IT to have done what she was ALLEGED to have done

Snips:

Hillary Clinton has been cleared for a second time by the FBI over her use of a private email server while secretary of state. What's it all about?

In July, an FBI investigation concluded no "reasonable prosecutor" would bring a criminal case against Mrs Clinton, but that she and her aides were "extremely careless" in their handling of classified information.

Then the FBI surprised everyone, 11 days before the election, by announcing it was examining newly discovered emails sent or received by Hillary Clinton.

Two days before voting booths opened across the nation, FBI Director James Comey announced he was standing by his original assessment - that Mrs Clinton should not face criminal charges.
--------------------------

Was this against the law?

Probably not. Mrs Clinton's email system existed in a grey area of the law - and one that has been changed several times since she left office.

When she became secretary of state, the controlling interpretation of the 1950 Federal Records Act was that officials using personal email accounts must ensure that official correspondence is turned over to the government. Ten months after she took office, a new regulation allowed the use of private emails only if federal records were "preserved in the appropriate agency recordkeeping system".
--------------------------

In November 2014 President Barack Obama signed the Presidential and Federal Records Act Amendments, which require government officials to forward any official correspondence to the government within 20 days. Even under this new law, however, the penalties are only administrative, not criminal.
--------------------

[BSuch transgressions, however, do not constitute criminal conduct.]

You're on your what, billionth alt? Not exactly someone whose opinion has any weight at all..

Plus you skipped my bbc news article. If hilary was guilty of anything, she would have been prosecuted.. God knows she's been investigated enough over the years.

Edit:

You didn't skip it, you read it with your head shoved up your ass.

Ivanka saying she didn't know it was a violation to use personal email accounts to conduct official business is ridiculous at best. Her father won the presidency over the issue.
