BB believes that Hillary wasn't prosecuted because she's rich and influential. He believes that Comey and the "deep state" allowed her to walk away without being charged or prosecuted. He disbelieves the FBI's ruling that what she did doesn't rise to the level of prosecution. At the same time he's willing to excuse and let Ivanka walk away without so much as a cursory look at what appears to be the same crime that he insists Hillary was guilty of.

Zealots don't operate on logic, or facts or even reasonable thought. they operate on belief, so anything they believe is true is and that which they don't isn't. You can't argue with belief because it is entirely manufactured from thin air and is rarely supported by facts. Don't waste your time. you can't convince him of anything using facts and logic or, the majority of time, even have a rational conversation.
