I'm so sorry.

I lifted weights on the same gym machine as Michael Foley on Thursday. Very depressing experience actually. He's doing the chest press with ease and then I get on the machine after him and have to move the weight level from 98kg down to 28 .

PS. For those going "Michael who?" he used to play international rugby for Australia in the same position that I currently play.
