Jews have a long memory. Those who lose track of the past may be condemned to repeat it.
You seem to fit that mould.

Jews have a long memory.
So do Palestinians and Lebanese.Jews have a long memory.
There has never been a Palestinian state. The name “Palestine” was used by the Romans and later by the British to erase the name Judea. So do Palestinians and Lebanese.
You, on the other hand seemed unaware.
The first time Palestine was conquered was by the Arabs in 650 CE. Sez you.
Unaware or unwilling to face that Jews are just as ruthless and greedy when it comes to acquisition.
Slaughtering women and children in the name of God. Unprovoked.
Israel pissed in the wind. Reap the whirlwind.
There is no moral high ground here. Just an endless cycle of murder. Ad nauseam.
I think you may actually be a Golem.
The Jews never built an empire. Even in the ancient world the combined kingdoms of Israel and Judea were only about the size of modern Israel—minuscule compared to the empires of Persia, Rome, Carthage, Egypt, or Alexander the Great. The Arabs first conquered Palestine in 650 CE, thousands of years after the Torah was written.
— Thus spake the Golem
The two areas I refer to are the ones currently being pounded.
The earlier Israeli aggression was done at the command of their God. He promised them a homeland,

They left Egypt and murdered their way north. When they crossed the Jordan River,
they shifted to overdrive.
They vas only followink ordersss.
They'd be better off if they didn't. Abraham is best forgotten. And so is YVHV.Jews have a long memory.
No, they didn't. The Israelites were never IN Egypt. That whole story is a lie concocted after the Assyrians destroyed the northern kingdom of Israel. See The Bible Unearthed."They left Egypt and murdered their way north. When they crossed the Jordan River,

When you dispute the historical record of the Bible, I say, “Meet me at the Pearly Gates.”The Jews never built an empire. This story you’re trying to spin about the Jews being holy warriors invading and subjugating everyone around them is not supported either the historical or archeological record. It’s a lie.
I’m a Jew. I don’t believe in the afterlife. The Christian obsession with life after death is creepy. You’re here now. Do what you can to make this world a better place. Stop polishing your coffin. When you dispute the historical record of the Bible, I say, “Meet me at the Pearly Gates.”
You’ll be on the no-fly list.
Funny thing about that. The Pharisees did believe in a morally relevant afterlife -- they placed a lot of importance on that, and it definitely influenced Jesus' thinking. And after the Romans destroyed the Temple, rendering the priests and Sadducees irrelevant, religious leadership passed to the Pharisees -- that is, the rabbis. It was they who compiled the Talmud. But somehow, at some point, they dropped the whole afterlife thing. I wonder how that happened?I’m a Jew. I don’t believe in the afterlife. The Christian obsession with life after death is creepy. I’m spinning no story. I only recount what is in the Old Testament. Why the need for such an elaborate hoax?I’m a Jew. I don’t believe in the afterlife. Are you opposed to Israel defending itself from missile attacks? Without Iron Dome Israeli casualties over the past year would have been horrendous.Fox Liive Now reported that the US will supply a new anti-missile defense system to Israel
along with troops to operate it in an effort to discourage further action from Iran.
GI Joe will get to sexy dance with IDF Chiquitas. I’m jealous.
The Torah is mostly silent on the existence of an afterlife. Modern Jewish thought is that it’s up to the individual. If you find it comforting to think about life after death, there’s nothing in the Torah to say that you’re wrong. But there’s also no concept of salvation like there is Christianity.Funny thing about that. Israel has every right to defend itself against any and all attacks. The US is their ally. Are you opposed to Israel defending itself from missile attacks? Without Iron Dome Israeli casualties over the past year would have been horrendous.
UNIFIL was supposed to prevent Hezbollah from building up in southern Lebanon and attacking Israel.Y

I’m cautiously Ok with our troops giving support until IDF forces come up to speed on the new system.
Netanyahu has given warning to UN troops to leave Lebanon. Another step in a positive direction.

Since they failed in the only mission they’ve had for 18 years, it’s better if they leave and let Israel do the job for them.

US troop involvement has me nervous as well.Yes, Israel has the right to defend itself—with our weapons that I’m helping pay for. I guess the Iron Dome sucks enough that they had to send in the THAAD system to back it up. How many billions did that cost me/us?
I wonder if we’ll see any dead US servicemen from IDF weapons as they are mistaken for Hezbollah? The IDF apparently has a track record for mistakenly killing the wrong targets. If and when that happens (hopefully it won’t), you might see a shift in US involvement in the region.
Netanyahu doesn’t control the UN or Lebanon—for now—so he can pound sand.
