Um [raises hands] what if a man has sex with more than one woman? Is he married to them all (might be fine if the man is Muslim, but I don't think Hinduism supports plural marriage)? How about consensual sex between brother and sister (how do they feel about incest?)? I assume it only applies to consensual sex.

Well, that sure knocks the hell out of one night stands in Calcutta, don't it? Not to mention putting millions and millions of hookers out of work and joining India's already burgeoning ranks of unemployed.

I hope this turn of events doesn't give the good Christian people and their blue nose politicos on this side of the pond any ideas ... we just got rid of DADT and DOMA after all.
