Well, I'll tell you. I grew up fat & had an older brother who was pretty cruel, his friends were not terrifically nice, and even though I have been fat a long long time, I still can't believe that there are men out there who actually enjoy bbw. In fact, I didn't know it until 1999 when I first got online! Since then, I have walked through the mall looking at guys and wondering to myself "...is he a bbw lover?" or "does he like a big ass on a girl?"
It's been a huge boost to my self esteem, not just knowing that some men prefer big girls, but it's given me hope that some men just love women, regardless of size.

(confession: I have tasted myself a time or two and I don't think it takes bad either)
I can understand where you are coming from though Raisin, we live in a society that is constantly plastering anorexic women on the covers of every magazine and telling all their readers how beautiful they are. Look at the magazines right now, I bet almost all of them have excercise routines and low cal meals in them. Message there, get thinner. It's really disgusting but that is how our society is. I too have been over weight my whole life. I was a bit luckier though and my older brother was never cruel. I just never understood how he could turn out trim and good looking while I was chubby thus unattractive. It has taken me years to finally understand that fat does not equal ugly just as thin does not equal pretty. It is nice to come to place like this where people can be honest and you can hear posative feedback. I know that bbw are not for everyone and that's fine but they can keep their comments out and respectfully enough (from what I have seen) they have.
