Avatar Help

I can't seem to get my avatar up and running. I thought it might be the browser, tried in safari and firefox but no success. When I click the avatar button nothing happens. Any ideas??

dont you have to have 100 posts before you can have an avatar ??? or thats what i thought .. thats why i havent even tried to mess with it yet

If I didn't point them to our FAQ, they'd likely come back with more frequently-asked questions about how things work. So, by giving them a resource with most of the answers, we conserve everyone's time and effort.
