Dear Diary,

The voice of cyclists wishing to eliminate all other forms of transport that share the roads they want to use, seems to be on the increase. The irony is that a number of the users of this other transport are in fact fellow cyclists when using their respective bicycles so in fact they are wanting to remove other cyclists from the roads they want only cyclists to use.

Afternoon all,

Another weekend comes to a close and a new month is upon us all. The horses are a racing and the hangers-on are in full cry. It seems we don't learn with bringing OS celebrities to these events. Salonge Knowles didn't want to answer any questions from channel 7 and wouldn't allow the host, i.e. people who paid her to appear, to take a photo of her with their product.

Pick-up day otherwise known as Oaks Day will see lots of drunk women going home after the races. The odds for blokes is favourable.

We had a brief taste of Summer here in Melbourne town then down to cold and wet in a matter of 24hrs. Fans on one day then the heater on the next day.

Will be an unofficial long weekend here with Cup day on Tuesday. Cup day only applies to the city limits not the entire state which makes it a different public holiday to most.

Instead we had the recollections, insight, wisdom and wit of Noel Pearson. It's well worth reading.

summer is on the way, love heading into town for a chance to ogle the office eyecandy...pretty safe as I am invisible to them!!

Well, I have had a mixed few days....
Sorted stuff out. Had loads of sex. Spent too much. And tore all the outer ligaments and tendons in my left foot (I'm hobbling about with a compression bandage on. Luckily, you don't need your feet for fucking!)

Sorry to hear you are not feeling...how should I put it...nope nothing I say will be taken correctly. I hope things improve soon.
Got through that without any references to rubbing the lamp, don't think she picked up on that, although I thought the reference to old faces wasn't nice, I mean ok I'm greyer but really, sounds like someone needs to be spanked.


My sister went through a knee replacement and it took a while for her to get back to normal so take your time. I too had the probe and I have pictures but they aren't going to make any album. Been through that twice now, still doesn't get better, I guess I'll never get used to it but its a necessity with age. As for the pool table legs well pool is a game of angles requiring lots of potting.

I've been to all those places you mentioned and would love to travel OS again, but will have to wait till I get a proper wage again.

Believe I could also take your mind off any discomforts which may ail you as well. Need a little lubing up do you?

Am embarking on a total life make over to work towards a May trip now. Physio, giving up smoking, embracing healthier eating regime and what ever else needs tweaking. Though tweaking is a bit of a sore topic here at moment...a certain person (not saying whom) got their nipple caught by the slave bar piercing in the grills of a fan, (again, not saying how but it was innocently). The fan was knocked on oscillate instead of the off button....shall not continue but to say that the screams and language still echo and neighbours look at me strangely when I venture outdoors.

Am off to shower, a niece and little great niece to visit and celebrate a first birthday with. Keep well and long may your roses bloom. I have some gorgeous roses at the moment in full bloom and looking to plant more and make an arbour. Nothing like getting one's hands dirty is there?

I reckon I've had my share of probing for the year and I have the pictures to prove it, although not ones you want to put in an album if such a thing exists in this tech world anymore. The little kids of today will be asking in 20yrs what a photo album was and why wouldn't you view the photos on the mobile device of the day.

Unfortunately the grey is a fact of life, embrace the grey. When someone mentions lube I think back to the days in the machine shops although I prefer a wet nipple to a greasy one. But that does remind me I need to put the car in for a service even though I don't drive it much these days.

May be your fan grill needs a safety guard, then again keep said nipple away from the front of the fan. Try turning it off/on from behind the fan. I would hate to think that said nipple needed to be covered up...nipples should run free. Would of made a good story for the ER though..."Well you see doc, I was just minding my own business when this fan blew up my t-shirt and attacked my nipple".....

As for changing eating habits, these health professionals can't seem to agree on much. Now apparently we can eat fats and cut down on carbs, before it was butter and fat is bad and carbs is good. No wonder people are confused. I've lost weight by not working anymore, mainly because I don't sit behind a desk anymore and am eating less with no specific meal times. Never was one for eating lots anyway, just a lack of movement and a demanding job. I refuse to give up coffee no matter what any health professional says. I am doing more cooking for myself so much less of the processed stuff but its hard to remove it completely.

Hope you continue to improve, although maintaining the curves is essential.

Yes I know, I had to give up reading novels on the train during Summer. I even tried to sit away from any women in a revealing outfit only for one to get on the next stop and take the seat in front of me. Missed my stop a couple of times cause of this.

Well it has been an eventful week in this wide brown land of ours. Hot hot stuff in the north and flooding rains in the south with patches of fires not only in the bush. Crazy weather times. Hopefully every one was safe.

G20 come and gone and it seems Putin couldn't wait to get the hell out of the place and back to the safe arms of his military. Apparently the G20 was a success. Didn't see much of Tony unless he was in the company of other leaders (I use this term loosely). The guy just can't hold an audience unless they're paid to be there.

As you all know we have elections in Victoria next week and it seems like Tony hasn't done much for his Libs in the state. Napthine is trying to distance himself from the Fed Party with no success. Forcing another toll road on people...while reducing services...now that's a vote winner right there.

Watching the NFL at the moment even though I don't know all the rules of the game.
