Greetings, Literoticans one and all.....

Thought I would pop in and wave.

I joined the senior set last weekend (well, chronologically anyway, as the head says I'm still a great deal younger) but still biting anything that comes too close as Dragons are wont to do...

fuck, look who i missed.

Lazy Friday afternoon here, hope everyone's enjoying the same.

Greetings Aall.....thought I'd dip a toe in and say, "hello". Hope Aall the old faces are well. Nice to see some new ones on the thread as well.

Life in partially sunny Brisbane is moving along. The knee replacement recuperation has been slow as there was damage to my lymph nodes in my groin, they no longer drain the fluids. Now I have legs which could support a pool table and the frustration of immobility...sighs. Then had a colonoscopy which diagnosed, Diverticulitis...ah the dimming years have hit with a vengeance. But still have sense of humour and my wits about me, so doing better than the alternatives.

Child turned 19 and just when I thought she had settled into Uni life, she has deferred for the semester. Am so hoping she will not lose her momentum and return in the New Year. She keeps threatening to never move out of home, so I keep threatening to move out instead. Am hoping to be mobile and take her to Paris in the New Year plus a sojourn to visit family in Holland. If all goes well, am then off to Mid West, USA to meet up with friends. Fingers crossed these legs begin to obey.

A big shout out to Mr Gil, bandit, Triskie, WQ and of course, the ever irrepressible Elfie lad. Hope life is treating you all kindly and your families faring well.

I really should scoot to bed...perhaps now the sun has risen, sleep shall come to me.

Sin and be wicked Aall.

Heh..... Nobody's rubbed my shady bits in so long I think my bulb may be broken.

Your roses are lovely, btw.

Well you know what they say..."if you want something done right......", you probably need a licktrition but I find those long life globes take longer to light up, that's possibly why they last longer.

Gday darkelf.
My gran, who grew beautiful roses, always used horse manure as fertiliser.
Heaps of roses, all colours, all kinds, are out on the campus here - late autumn.

Hey MIC,

Well I used to fertilize but I get blooms even without it such as these:

Hey Ms Moon

Sorry to hear you are not feeling...how should I put it...nope nothing I say will be taken correctly. I hope things improve soon.
Got through that without any references to rubbing the lamp, don't think she picked up on that, although I thought the reference to old faces wasn't nice, I mean ok I'm greyer but really, sounds like someone needs to be spanked.

My sister went through a knee replacement and it took a while for her to get back to normal so take your time. I too had the probe and I have pictures but they aren't going to make any album. Been through that twice now, still doesn't get better, I guess I'll never get used to it but its a necessity with age. As for the pool table legs well pool is a game of angles requiring lots of potting.

I've been to all those places you mentioned and would love to travel OS again, but will have to wait till I get a proper wage again.

Take care :rose::kiss:

Checking in (cos that's what the title says).

Hey all.

Welcome to Aussie Check-in:

We have reduced the carry-on luggage limits to that of a hamster, if you don't have one we can supply one at minimal cost plus gst. Checked luggage is extra and may not be flying with you due to the cargo hold being full of extra hamsters.

We only take payment with a credit card of your choice, however the use of a credit card for payment will incur a 5% surcharge unless you have purchased a hamster in which case you only pay 3%, however purchasing a hamster will incur an extra surcharge if purchased with a credit.

Please enjoy your flight and if there is anything we can do take more money off you please do not hesitate to ask our friendly staff.
