Hi,
I figured I would start a thread that I haven;t seen if one exists. Something for all of us attorney's to post to. Maybe a little naught talk, some chatting about the state of the law, fees....
Almost like a fun support group. LOl

So, I will go first.

I am an attorney in teh Wisconsin area. I have been practing for about a year now. Little less. I am a short red head. I am shaved, nice shapely breasts, and I am bi. I love to cyber with women and on the occasion men. Mainly women though.


I hope all the other attorney's judges, and paralegals come out of their legal briefs for this.

I'm not a lawyer or anything yet but I am a Poli-Sci/Pre-Law major.

Maybe we can start an argument on whether Scott Peterson should be charged with murder in regards to his unborn son??? A political hot potato, that's for sure. Any thoughts? Was the fetus viable?

I think Mr. Peterson should be charged with two murders. Teh wife and the baby. I think the liberal women's groups have taken the protection of the right to have an abortion too far. The man, if he did it, caused the death of two people. It is a shame that we do not put teh correct value on ALL life in this country....

I couldn't agree more...And I do believe in corporal punishment...if Scott Peterson did it, he ought to fry.

I was born at 8 months, so yes, the baby was able to survive on its own, had its mother not been murdered. Not much to debate there.

Now, I will leave you legal types to your "wherefors" and "whereas's."

I'm an attorney too... don't tell anyone. I'm in Indiana but I'm thinking that I may need to take the Wisconsin bar. Seeing as Heather is singularly forming my view of counselors to the north... definitely seems that I'd be happy to file my briefs several times daily.
