Attachment Help!!

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Why is it that other people are able to post huge mongo pictures that you have to use the scroll button to see the whole thing and I keep getting a 'the picture you're trying to post is too big' pic and it's WAY smaller than other pics I've seen.

Help please, pretty please..with sugar on top.

it's the size of the file that you're trying to attach that's making the difference. attachments are not to exceed a certain file size (dont remember whta it is) and certain pictures are smaller in file size, but larger in image. try reformatting the picture from I'm guessing a bmp to a jpg or a gif.

Thank you for your reply. The program that I have on this computer won't let me reformat the pic. *sigh* You are right, the pic is a bmp.
