I miss being able to get to the beach in a matter of minutes, the warm weather, and my family.

I don't miss many of the small town aspects.

I do. I haven't lived there in almost 30 years, but I still say, "I'm going home" when I go back to visit my mom - and she doesn't even live in what I consider my hometown but the next one over now.
