If it needs to be a quickie, shirts or anything else can stay off the floor as far as I'm concerned. Some articles of clothing may need to be pulled down or up or to the side, but they need not be removed. Heck, after my last quickie, I was able to be presentably dressed mere seconds after the festivities ended.
