No. Breathing smog makes us stronger! One a more serious note - electric cars and fuel cell technology both come with their own set of problems, in some cases more serious that internal gas combustion. I'd like to see a truly green mode of transportation besides Shanks Mare (walking) or bicycling.

I suppose the term "foreign" could be misconstrued here... I didn't think that most US oil came from foreign companies. That being said, I'd be a fan of cutting unnecessary oil use, not just in the form of auto fuel, but other forms as well.
