One of my favourites is slow cooked brisket - often looked down uponThey can’t have been real meat eaters (or meat enjoyers) then… since those that really love meat, shouldn’t have a favourite cutI’ve found that with the right technique, any meat can be delicious. No need for a heavy roast… sometimes, a slow rub, a little spit, and some pressure in the right places is more than enough to make it unforgettable.
