Anyone from the UK?

They can’t have been real meat eaters (or meat enjoyers) then… since those that really love meat, shouldn’t have a favourite cut ;) I’ve found that with the right technique, any meat can be delicious. No need for a heavy roast… sometimes, a slow rub, a little spit, and some pressure in the right places is more than enough to make it unforgettable. 🤣
One of my favourites is slow cooked brisket - often looked down upon
 
I have strong flight or fight. If I didn’t enjoy my job/home/friends/lover I’d make a run for it …
I could def learn from this. But I’ve certainly whittled my friends down recently. Friendship should bring joy!
