The Estancia cabernet made HRC's speech almost bearable last night. At least in a they're-almost-ready-to-put-a-stake-in-her-heart kind of hopeful way.

If it's time to disinfect your computer, then go ahead and watch her at the tube. When you've finished you'll want to get out the alcohol swabs and clean vigorously, trust me.
Almost bought the chardonnay as 1) we were having grilled snapper and 2) it was 1/3 less than the cabernet, and 3) because I find myself reflexively reaching for reds and I ought to do something about such habits taking hold. But the cab was smooth with a light touch.

Greetings, fellow scotch lover. I too enjoy a hearty single malt with just a few drops of water. Practically no one ever believes just how much a tiny amount of water can enhance the flavor of a good scotch.

Never been a truer word said! A couple of weeks ago I got into a heated argument with a barman who asked me if I wanted ice with my whisky! I retorded I might as well put coke in it and drink it through a straw! Highland Park or Mcallan will do if there is no laphroig but I love the smokey peaty taste. mmmmhhhhh

Forgot to add if you can get cask strength laphroig in the states try it! It gives you a lovely after glow!

I'm fond of the Macallan and Laphroaig is definitely a good sturdy drink. I'd rather go thirsty than put a stack of ice cubes in my scotch. Hell, I'd rather go without sex.
