if your shower's in the bathtub:

Sit on the corner at the wall next to the faucet. Have your girlfriend stand about two feet away at an angle towards you, with one foot up on the side of the tub next to the wall. Personally, I have no problem peeing in this position. Have her pee like that. Lift your feet up onto the opposite side of the tub if you're grossed out by the urine. You'll have a good view from there, and your girlfriend will probably get a slight arch going on.
