Mallard's attorney said police are overreaching in charging her with murder.

I want to know what Mallard's attorney has been snorting....Overreaching, is this guy for real? She struck a man, drove home with him clearly alive and imbedded in her windshield....Not only did she leave him there, she proceeded to fuck her boyfriend, then dumped the body after letting him live hours in pain and suffering until he died....

This woman and her boyfriend should hope and pray they leave the courtroom with their lives....This is one case capital punishment should prevail......

I was home last week and got to hear all about the case. It gets more interesting.

Why did we hear about this if the body was disposed of?

Cos She and her homies got together and planned to go out and get blitzed and X'd and whatever else and they were deciding who would drive (No word on a designated, so we know what brilliant women we're dealing with ) Chante says (basically) "Nuh-uh! Don't pick me! Last time I drove while rollin' I went and hit some white dude! It was SO funny! HE got stuck in the windshield and was all 'Help me! Please!' You should've been there"

That's right, she was making fun of him! So one of the friend (who is one of the ugliest women I've ever seen... sorry, but it's true) went and told the police on the condition of confidentiality. Well, the police released her name. (The news that I was watching decided to go and prove that the police did in fact reveal her name by showing the report, broadcasting her name and address over TV)

Fortunately they're only saying that Biggs lived for only a few hours.

She took the seats out and tried to burn them. She didn't realize that carseats are made flame retardant.

It's really sickening to see her on TV, she's always crying, but you know she's only crying for herself.

Plus it's really bad when you drive home witht he guy in your windshield, show your boyfriend, then go have sex with him, then go and talk to the guy in your windshield, then leave him alone for a good while, then taunt him some more and let your boyfriend talk to him and just wait for him to die.
