Right now, Australia are playing Argentina in the rugby.

Watching it on TV, everywhere I look is the ESPN logo, watermark and so on.

I am guessing that because of the current time in the US, it would not be on TV now, but if anyone has a guide, can they have a look and if it is actually being broadcast?

Its kind of a curiousity thing since I did not think a US network would be interested... oh well, any information would be interesting.

I am two minutes from ESPN...but can't get it on my TV. :(

Rugger is a game for real men! none of that shilly-shallying with padding like those American pansies use.

Can Argentina turn back the clock and beat the mighty Australians in their own backyard?

no

QuickDuck, most of the time, it's pretty hard to get rugby on American TV. I don't know about any of the extra ESPN channels (I know they have more than one), but it's not showing up on mine.

I know Fox Sports World shows rugby. I sometimes get to see bits of it on Fox Sports (a different sports channel completely). It really sucks.

:(

Next year, if I manage to live within five miles of campus, I am so on the women's rugby team.

I intend to cream some puffs.

We have a motto up here amongst our rugby players. Blood makes the grass grow. I get all excited thinking about it. Not only do I get to lay the smack down, but people will encourage me to do it.

Yes!

Rugby is like a wet dream come true.

Thanks for the info Cherry.

I have to admitt that it would have been very surprised if it was on TV now, getting close to prime time.

I think (not sure) Fox has the world wide rights to next year's world cup so maybe they are trying to spark up some US interest.

They'll probably show it at 4 am tonight or on ESPN2.

Hmm, rugby. Isn't that the sport where men in short shorts spend long periods in group hugs? Sounds pretty pansy to me.
