Woke up this morning and put some work in on the rower. 4 sets of 1500 meters with a 2 minute easy row between each set.

I'm currently the heaviest I've ever been. The other day while doing a cardio circuit, I could definitely feel the extra baggage during the runs. I know my problem is eating and I'm not going to change to a strict diet. With that said, it's time to cut back on the soda, sweets, and portion sizes a bit. Wish me luck!![]()
