Some of our laws consider forcing the termination of a pregnancy to be murder of the mother and the child.

Well, based on the 42% number posted above those articles can't be disputed, any such laws will most certainly have the greatest impact on black women.

And that brings us to the core of any discussion on the matter, "Who is benefiting from the unfettered access to abortion services?" The who and why answer to that question deserves some serious consideration.

I believe blacks also have the highest infant mortality.rate...which may be associated to the higher abortion rate. I haven't done enough study on the correlation to say for certain though.
