Many years ago, an Irishwoman from a rural part of Ireland came to the UK for an abortion because her fiancée, an asshole, rejected her saying the pregnancy wasn't caused by him - it was. She stayed with her sister who was working in my unit.

She didn't want to go back home and be named and shamed in her local church so she applied for a job with my company. She got it and never returned to Ireland except for holidays.

They’ll have tough competition from states in closer proximity to the targeted customer base but will have the advantage of luring abortion tourists with beaches, wineries, great weather and other popular CA attractions.
