Luv how you conflate an NDA with hush money, TOO FUNNY. Even still It’s a misdemeanor charge that outran the statute of limitations. The only reason this is going to trial is because the NY justice system is corrupt and Bragg is an idiot. This case will fail on appeal starting with a tainted jury, a judge refusing to recuse himself and a DA that is attempting to bootstrap a federal statute to a misdemeanor.

If Biden was charged in the same court = innocent

If Trump is being tried in same court = possible guilty due to political motivation over justice.

SDNY refused to take up the case. The charge outran the statute of limitations. To make this case Bragg had to bootstrap a federal charge to a misdemeanor charge that outran the statute of limitations. In other words Bragg basically IDENTIFIED the man and found a crime. I find it ironic this supposed crime has a history of several years but yet Bragg decided to now charge during an election cycle. Bragg based his political career on getting Trump much like Letitia James. More weaponization of the justice system. NY criminal justice system is developing a bad reputation pushing legal theory to its breaking point. Then there’s a compromised judge who should recuse himself. The jury pool is 95 % Trump hating democrats. Refusing a change of venue due to biased media coverage and a prejudicial jury pool can hardly be considered a fair trial, we’ll see. Even democrat legal beagles agree this case is pushing the limits of legal precedent. Even if charged and convicted prior convictions result in a fine. This case is so convoluted it makes a mockery of NY’s justice system.

What’s really on trial here is NY’s justice system.

Trying to morph a misdemeanor charge that outran its statute of limitations into a federal charge is unprecedented and untried legal theory. This trial reeks of judicial and political activism and I hope for justice sake it’s acquitted or thrown out through the appellate process. Trump is not Capone. There is no criminal statute that Bragg is trying to hang Trump on. Like everything else about this case no one knows exactly what the charge is.

Pretty sad when even Stormy’s lawyer Avenatti states Bragg’s case, the gag order specifically, is not in keeping with constitutional principles.

Never before has there been a high-profile criminal case in America where a prosecutor (Bragg) permitted, and likely encouraged, two critical witnesses (Cohen & Daniels) to use the media in the days leading up to trial to trash a gagged defendant (Trump) and violate his right to a fair trial," Avenatti wrote on X.

"And to my friends on the left who insist they want to 'preserve Democracy' and 'Justice', you should be equally outraged by this. Constitutional protections either exist for all (including Trump) or they don't exist for any. What is happening in the hush money case is a travesty," he added.

Equal protection under the law, equal application of the law. When the justice system and all its power looks to identify a political opponent then craft an indictment, press politically motivated charges sanctioned by both the courts and prosecutors, make the appeal process almost impossible to reach, that my friend is abuse of power. NY has reach that point and the feds are right behind.

Case in point Biden has violated several statutes that protect classified material and like Clinton who also walked *WALKS* . Sussmann was charged with lying to the FBI but was tried in the Clinton friendly DC district by an activist judge that steered the trial by controlling what evidence was admissible also walked. Navarro was charged with contempt of congress and jailed while Hunter Biden walks.

The evidence was conclusive and as plain as the nose on your face. Biden took documents out of a SCIF, he violated 18 USC 1924 (a). Who fucking cares about media coverage, has nothing to do with Biden's criminality.

Therefore, Title 18 U.S.C. 1924 ( a ) makes it a federal crime to knowingly remove classified documents or materials from their designated locations without authorization or retain them in an unauthorized area. Simply put, this federal statute deals with the unauthorized removal of classified documents. FYI

It wasn't up to Trump. She violated 18 USC 1924 and 18 USC 798. The classified document violations happened before the elections. Commey, without the authority stated in a public forum that no prosecutor would take the case. NOT HIS CALL, that authority comes from the DOJ Loretta Lynch not the director of the FBI.

Also willfully obstructed justice by destroying evidence.

The prosecution and the defense are supposed to have an adversarial relationship not collaborate on how to best cover up criminal behavior. Thank God for an honest Judge to question the plea deal that would have given Hunter full amnesty for all crimes he committed.

U.S. attorney Weiss violated his oath as an officer of the court by knowingly allowing federal tax evasion violations to run out the statute of limitations.

I never wrote Hunter should go to jail.
There is an actual statute, a real violation of federal law that Hunter Biden is being charged with and solid evidence to convict.

Unlike you I believe in our justice system, but most of all I believe the American people will make the right decision Nov 5th.

Fuck off with your bullshit. What happened today was a culmination of one reversible error after another... propagated by an out of control corrupt judge and a politically motivated DA. The indictment was predicated on political hackery and the antithesis of juris prudence.

1. WRIT of CERTIORARI
2. COMMON LAW WRIT

A district DA or a state trial court judge shouldn’t have such a powerful influence over our federal election process. This court should be severely admonished for interfering with federal elections.

I truly hope that the pendulum of vengeance and retribution doesn’t swing back. Adam Schiff lied through his teeth and caused untold damage to his administration. The FBI lied or with-held exculpatory evidence on FISA warrants predicating all kinds of frivolous investigations. Dems have been railing against Trump for 8 years using every unethical dirty trick in the book.

I don't believe you would. There is enough compelling empirical, anecdotal, physical and circumstantial evidence against the Biden family that if the DOJ pursued the facts as ambitiously as they pursue Trump Biden would have been impeached, removed, referred for prosecution and incarcerated.

On may occasions I've stated my dislike for Trump's demeanor and on many occasions I've been honest enough to state that if Trump is found guilty of a crime then let the chips fall were they may. You lit posters like to conflate my respect for our constitution, our legal system and equal and fair application of the law as carrying water for Trump. I can be in favor of Trump's policies which reflect upon my concerns for the welfare of my country. That is the most delusional justification of a flawed trial by jury ever. This trial has zero precedence. Even New York attorneys at all levels mumble under their breath this Frankenstein case could turn on its creator.

I'm trying to figure out how way back when I did some stupid shit and was convicted of a felony I was not allowed to vote for a few years, and then had to appear in court and have my record officially expunged before I could vote again. Yet, from my understanding of this, he is now a convicted felon but can still run for office?

Am I wrong on this? If I'm not this really shows some serious issues with our system.
