You don't threaten my manhood just those you associate with.Lol. I’m more of a tomboy than a sissy.
So why does that threaten your manhood? Are you afraid to find yourself attracted to the curve of my ass in yoga pants?

Based on what? You need more training other than CNN and MSNBC.Donald Trump was convicted of 34 counts of falsifying business records, which is a felony in New York.
Donald Trump's guilt was determined by a jury of his peers who inspected all the evidence and testimony. What reason do you have to doubt the veracity of their verdict?Based on what? You need more training other than CNN and MSNBC.
Swamp people lives matter! As he promised, he only hired the very best people.
shut the fuck up, vetteman.Just like we all know you're an SR-71 pilot.
You don't threaten my manhood just those you associate with.
Not in the least, It's why O can recognize your failure.
You didn't answer my question.Donald Trump was convicted of 34 counts of falsifying business records, which is a felony in New York.
What happened in the past when Trump was a billionaire tycoon is water under the bridge. Back in the day Trump was a democrat and dems took a shine to him. Dems overlooked Billy boy's flaws and still to this day rail against republicans for his impeachment over a blowjob. Dems are OK with Billy Boy's immoral misogynistic behavior as AR's AG, Governor and again in the Whitehouse. We both know it wasn't over a blowjob but about perjury and abuse of power. Dems are quick to let bygones be bygones except when dealing with Trump. If Dems are going to cast dispersions and judgement on any one politician then judge everyone else using the same lens. It's your opinion that the grand jury indictment was flawed, and you seem to think that any consequences for Trump's action are politically motivated, corrupt, and unconstitutional.
I don't believe you would. There is enough compelling empirical, anecdotal, physical and circumstantial evidence against the Biden family that if the DOJ pursued the facts as ambitiously as they pursue Trump Biden would have been impeached, removed, referred for prosecution and incarcerated.I would absolutely support the exact same treatment under the law for any Democratic political figure.
On may occasions I've stated my dislike for Trump's demeanor and on many occasions I've been honest enough to state that if Trump is found guilty of a crime then let the chips fall were they may. You lit posters like to conflate my respect for our constitution, our legal system and equal and fair application of the law as carrying water for Trump. I can be in favor of Trump's policies which reflect upon my concerns for the welfare of my country. I also believe Trump was unfairly treated as was demonstrated with crossfire hurricane, the Mueller investigation, two attempted impeachments, a fraud civil case, a fraud sexual abuse case, two state indictments, two federal indictments, oneI certainly don't worship either Obama or Biden, like you tools worship Trump. I think pieces of shit like Bob Menendez should be removed from Congress and forcibly escorted into a jail cell for a decade or more. You're the one who blindly and slavishly defends your false idol.

Costello gave us some keen insight on the Grand jury proceedings and it was quite revealing how the process was dishonest and selective.
Evaluate Trump from 2017 not 1995. Dems are prosecuting Trump for what happened in the 1990s not for his term in office. Dems were calling for his impeachment before he was even inaugurated. Lots of this animosity stems from personal feuds between Nadler and Trump back in the 80s.
Adam Schiff lied through his teeth and caused untold damage to his administration. The FBI lied or with-held exculpatory evidence on FISA warrants predicating all kinds of frivolous investigations. Dems have been railing against Trump for 8 years using every unethical dirty trick in the book.

Menendez walked the first time. He pissed Biden off and all of a sudden he's under indictment a second time, he deserves to be but is he under indictment for the right reason or is this the weaponization of the DOJ being used as an extension of the Biden administration.
ONCE AGAIN I GOT THAT DUMBASS ERROR CODE HENCE A DOUBLE ENTRY.
Well then... add any prose you prefer that makes you feel better.Trump was never a billionaire tycoon.![]()

Falsifying business documents is a misdemeanor. Doing it in support of another crime, in this case another misdemeanor, elevates it to a felony.
“Trump falsified the records to hide a violation of New York Election Law Section 17-152 – a rarely used law that prohibits groups from using unlawful means to influence an election.”
§ 17-152. Conspiracy to promote or prevent election. Any two or more
persons who conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to
a public office by unlawful means and which conspiracy is acted upon by
one or more of the parties thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
I know that the two misdemeanors becoming a felony leaves some grey area that you will always stumble over. You can argue all you want but it doesn’t change that fact that Trump committed crimes that elevated the charges so he is now a convicted felon.
