I think it's a personal choice... kinda like whether to use a pad or a tampon, or whether to be pro-choice or pro-life.

Yes....

It's a long way to the governor's house! Actually, I do flush after a sprinkling, as I don't like to clean the bowl of water lines every other day. It's my home, not a Texaco gas station.

To water waste or not to water waste

I always liked the half flush option.

Pee - gets a 1/2 flush
everything else gets a full flush.

I have not seen this option here in the states though.

Though wouldn't it get stinky after a while if you didn't flush it down?
