Yes it did. Virtually all of the Fields movies were jammed with great lines.

But if you haven't seen anything by Preston Sturges, find a copy of The Miracle of Morgan's Creek and have a blast.

Anything Preston Sturges did was just terrific. He also directed The Great McGinty, The Lady Eve, and Sullivan's Travels (which was partial inspiration for O Brother, Where Art Thou?).
