...It would have been shorter to say "he posts as busybody on literotica forums."
....
Okay, I laughed out loud when I read this.
Really, I did.
I'm not kidding.

I don't play "gotcha" with you because you aren't man enough to simply admit you were wrong about something, regardless of how small an issue it is.
The fun has been watching you back-pedal, spin, duck, avoid, dodge etc. etc. etc. or playing the victim rather than simply going "my bad. I was wrong."
You're just too damn stupid to realize it.
The fact that you completely implode on a topic that you consider yourself such an advocate for only made the ironic justice of it so much more enjoyable.
It is with light heart that I notice the cast of characters and their methodology of ridicule hasn't changed one wit since the early days of the Glow Ball Warming debate where it was also impugned that I could neither read, think, or follow the math...
LOL...maybe they were on to something?
You still are trying to grasp the whole "30% exclusive sales tax rate", and "excise taxes on gasoline will remain" on this topic.
So my guess is your knowledge of global warming is just as, well, thorough.
No, I'm not. I explained it and linked to it, and then copied it verbatim from the fucking book...
I did notice that at the first opportunity, like any good liberal Democrat, when the ad Hominem bus got to rolling, you dropped all pretense of even reading the answers and joined the crowd.
You can calculate the tax as inclusive, or exclusive all you want, it doesn't change the AMOUNT collected, only the percentage number which you, like Throb, mistake as relevant to anything. Then, like Throb, you relentlessly cherry-pick and look for the zen flaw and an AH-HA, gotcha moment, which usually proves to be insignificant to the larger theory, just like when Throb zeroes in on the price of a FairTax widget and tries to apply macroeconomic statement to it...
This makes you, basically, no different from the average Obama voter.
Which explains your support of the sure loser McCain.
So, if you're sour on the FairTax, it's not exactly like it's bad news to me, or a crushing defeat, it just means that you'd work to defeat a good idea and enable the Democrats to continue to rule the roost. That's why the Republican Party is not going to make the gains it thinks it's going to make come November, because most of you are just Democrat Lite. The longer the "discussion" continues, the more you sound like U_D, zip, and Throb.
zip, you're not man enough to admit anything. The only thing you've admitted is that you're sorry you got caught saying something stupid. A real man would man up and admit to and apologize for the tactic of looking for the first possible opportunity to call someone a name or impugn their intelligence instead of engaging in the current discussion in a positive, and possibly illustrious manner. Democrats are devolving into a mindless mob focused on "social justice" at any price.
And now we see ya'll in full pack mode...
Ba-a-a-a...
Oh, the irony.
He's like the gift that keeps on giving.
Btw, you're now officially interfering with A_J playing the "liberal victim card."![]()

I should be spanked.
Seriously.![]()
Glow Ball Warming believers were onto something...nice.
Probably you're just trolling, but on the off chance you still believe this stuff, I'll give you the benefit of a real answer:
AJ, this is all just wishful thinking and lies on your part. My politics have nothing to do with you being wrong about the tax calculation (and the excist tax) and being unable to admit it. You hem and haw and say "I already answered that", when you didn't, and you know it.
You convince nobody, and make yourself look ever more foolish.
Whom do you think you are impressing in the discussion at this point? I don't see anybody coming to your defense.

Hey AJ, I just read they raised the state sales tax in your hometown of Branson, Missouri to 9.6%
If you purchase something for a dollar, how much is that going to cost you out of pocket? Hmmmmmmmmmm?
Holy crap. I'm not even involved. $1.10?
Sshhhhhhhh! Be vewy quiet! We're exploring the workings of the Libertarian Bwain this morning!
<ma I ghrit??>
I tried to mix it up in code.
es-yay ou-yay are-ay. ice-nay ob-jay.
I'm not weighing in on the rest of this thread, but can't you see the hypocrisy of calling him "Throb" when you link him to a thread that says "fucking up peoples' names when you quote them is way gay?" Calling them by fucked up versions of their screen names really isn't all that different, is it?
