The tattoo is beautiful. I have wanted to get one. I want a small Om symbol but I don't know where to have it done. Hmmm. Maybe you have inspired me. Rae
Thanks! It did hurt but it was worth it -- I really like it.
My friend's husband is a tattoo artist and he did it for me. I really didn't know what to expect but he answered all my (stupid) first-timer questions -- most of which were to stall b/c I was afraid (LOL). The shop was beautiful, clean, well-lit, nice art on the walls, beautiful marble SPOTLESS bathroom (yes I checked out the BR thinking that was a good place to find out what the place was really like ...). Everything was in sterile, sealed packs etc. All in all, as good as an experience I could have hoped for given how painful it is LOL.
I say, if you want it, go for it Rae ...

Got up and out of the house at 7:00 for a walk, grocery shopping and coffee. It was cloudy and windy. Now wouldn't you know it...I come home sit down and the sun comes out!
