Went on a shorter bike ride just a few miles to church and back this morning.

I bit the bullet and went to see my primary care doctor about the pain in my thigh. Based on my reactions to her poking and prodding, she’s confident that it’s an IT band issue. She ordered rads of my right femur and hip. There was nothing seen on rads that would account for the pain. So, she recommended ibuprofen, specific stretching and strengthening exercises, and foam roller torture. She encouraged PT, but I am going to try it on my own first.
Aww that's so disappointing though, when you realize it's just an fing Tuesday. I hope everybody had an awesome day and got some self care time in!I woke up thinking it was Saturday at first.. No idea why. Just how my brain works.
