Lifting as you age has it's great benefits with increasing bone density, helping to strengthen joints, maintaining muscle mass, etc. So def keep doing your thing with lifting. As for cardio, not a fan, but def has it's place in maintaining heart/brain health. Keep at it!I have been doing more weights in recent years than I ever did when younger. I don’t have a body type built for bulk weight but I’ve definitely learned that weights is a crucial part of my routine now and less cardio.
