Same. But I was standing.I found myself falling asleep at work the other day. Sitting at my desk, my head falling forward, and I woke up as I felt myself lean forward.
This is what I think too. I have a feeling if I skip an hour of sleep and force exercise, it will become normal, but it’s so damn hard to get out of bed!I think if I exercised more regularly, forced myself like I know I should, it would balance out other areas of my life. I would sleep better. I would manage stress at work better. So, I know what to do. It’s just doing it that’s difficult.
If only there was a way to exercise in bed!
