I love baking bread too. Do you know how difficult it is to make fresh baked bread and not eat it??You can do it, @sallysparrow23 - healthy snacks and lots of non-food treats and indulgence!
I’m trying to think healthy, diet gets tougher as the weather gets colder. Had some kinda bread three times in the past fortnight, need to stop that
But no spice for protein? That’s a crazy idea, need the sauces and spices!!
Oh noooo!! The smell… how can you do that?!I love baking bread too. Do you know how difficult it is to make fresh baked bread and not eat it??![]()

Haha yeah fair enough, the rare occasions I’ve baked successfully, it is worth it for that reasonhttps://y.yarn.co/d40570a5-a6a2-4af8-83ac-173186511356_text.gif

A love watching people enjoy food, but it's hard to resist lol.![]()
My sister and I had an almost identical moment over NYE the first year of Covid. We decided driving up to an isolated place on a ski in/out mountain was the best way to safely get out of the house.I'm heading to the mountains this December for some skiing and sadly my snow pants don't fit lol.I'm making it a goal to lose enough weight before mid December so I don't have to buy new ones again. I've got a pretty solid workout regimen, now it's time to clean up my nutrition. I've been stress eating lately.
Lol I am all too familiar with the lay down, suck it in and wiggle techniqueMy sister and I had an almost identical moment over NYE the first year of Covid. We decided driving up to an isolated place on a ski in/out mountain was the best way to safely get out of the house.
The lay on the couch, suck it in, and wiggle while trying to zip move was probably the biggest reason 2021 became the year of getting back in shape for us
We both liked IF and found it much easier to work with than just calorie or carb restrictions. By the next ski trip they fit great! But…we weren’t making bread then![]()
Huh?Lol I am all too familiar with the lay down, suck it in and wiggle techniqueI was really strict with IF before and I think that's what I'm going to stick with again. For now I might have to pause my bread baking so I'm not tempted.

Oh. Thought it was something .....uh, about yoga, yea, yoga.
We called it “the worm” the whole trip. I’m also pretty sure we made hot chocolate from scratch that night to celebrate the hilarity of the couch worm incident. Like the last sugar hurrah before starting our healthier selves resolutionsLol I am all too familiar with the lay down, suck it in and wiggle technique![]()

I like to ease in by getting used to IF again and then restricting types of food if needed. That preference is not so compatible with looming dates with ski pants thoughI was really strict with IF before and I think that's what I'm going to stick with again. For now I might have to pause my bread baking so I'm not tempted.![]()
Pedal, pedal, pedal. Everyone loves strong calves - so get a mooooove on!On the exercise bike as I type this.
You just need some motivationJust an easy 3.5 mile run in the lite rain yesterday. Felt good to get back out there after taking a week off after my half. Now it’s time to figure out my winter training routine. I need a written routine, otherwise I will fail.
Those weather conditions look INTENSE! Glad to hear you're excelling despite that!!Like @mobleedzblue I am also enjoying my running.
Did my usual steady 7 km this morning, Come rain and wind.
Ran the first 5 km with a significantly faster pace than planned.
- It is finally getting a bit colder!![]()
