Probably not. I'm just persistently on the verge of fever and physical excercise (like vacuuming at home) fires back consistently. Not much more after the first days of the year

Thanks. I kind of hope it's bacteria and not virus, so that it could be treated.

After my shoveling yesterday I took a hot shower and popped some ibuprofen. After dinner my wife wanted to watch a movie so I cracked open my very dense book and after two very strong beers (9% abv) I was fading fast. I managed to get to bed and slept right up to 15 minutes before work time (good thing I work from home). Monday was brutal so I am relaxing before dinner and taking out the garbage.

No worries. Be where you are comfortable. Never any pressure. Sorry to hear you've been sick, Boat.
Good reminder to get your flu vaccine (it's not too late) and just do common sense stuff. Wash your hands. Stay home if you're sick (I know that's impossible when you're at sea), maybe wear a mask if you are coughing and symptomatic to help protect others.

Just advice from your local nurse. Take it or leave it.

I have been relentlessly mocking the new POS in the White House and his flunky Leon on Facebook. The neighbor, a dyed in the wool MAGAT, asked me if I cared about my money being stolen. In return, I asked him if he had found any illegals yet. t's going down.
 
The Brat pages is more of a Brat race...it's really tough to keep up for this old man..
I need something to relax me. Is there a type of wine that would fit the bill...
