I never had burritos for breakfast. Normally, it's Müesli or a pretzel with butter. But it's weekend. Pancakes are in order. And if I'm quick they are all MINE.

They are pretty easy to make. Eggs, bacon or sausage, cheese, salsa in tortilla. Always good way to start weekend before boozing you know.

I did make waffles a few weeks ago. Maybe need to add pancakes back into rotation. Chocolate chip.
