Another day, another battle to be fought. My bed has lost out to the kitchen, I make breakfast. My bed, with its warm blanket, was simply inferior in terms of firepower to the pancakes with butter and honey that my kitchen put forward.

I never had burritos for breakfast. Normally, it's Müesli or a pretzel with butter. But it's weekend. Pancakes are in order. And if I'm quick they are all MINE.

They are pretty easy to make. Eggs, bacon or sausage, cheese, salsa in tortilla. Always good way to start weekend before boozing you know.
