The first Billy Bragg album I owned. Still my favorite and rawer and more soulful that the regular LP version.

Day 8: A song you loved as a kid
Schoolhouse Rock. I grew up with these in between Bugs Bunny cartoons on Saturday mornings, so I ended up with grammar, math, history, and classical music, all taught by stealth. I bought the CDs for my daughter, and filled her first MP3 player with all of these, and she can still recite the Preamble to the US Constitution because of it. Yesterday I heard a 5th grader using the same song. I like that.

This was my favorite of the Math Rocks! songs. I loved the music and the vibe, which was different than all of the rest, and performed by the wonderfully named Blossom Dearie.
