Ok, here is the situation.

2 Questions

#1My neighbors cement slab for their airconditioner has holes under it, from those holes is a bunch of like...like....tracks. I dont know, like a termite looking track though that isnt what it is since it is in the grass and bigger.

Well these snake looking tracks come a little into my yard. I know the neighbors will take care of it once i talk to them, but they are from a different country and their English is a bit rough, they will ask me what to do.

What is it? A Mole or something?

How to get rid of it?

My Yard is brown...well it always is in the winter, but you can see big brownish yellow spots where my puppy pees, will the new stuff come up and cover that?

I totally know the answer for number one, get one of them daggum windmill things and put it in your yard. The vibration from it drives moles and voles nuts and they stay out of the yard.

nope...only human pee will run them off.

then spread lime and grub worm killer stuff in your yard....that's the moles food sorce.

Voles. Not moles nore than likely. Dont worry about it.

Female dog spot. Rake it out now, vigorously, add a few handfulls of topsoil. Smooth, generously seed with perennial ryegrass.

What you need is a high-tech deep drilling machine with lasers, sorta like in The Core except for the laser part. You get a crew for it (I strongly suggest not using the crew from The Core since it sucked so bad) and shrink them down ala Fantastic Voyage. Raquel Welch is optional.
They go in and tunnel around and kill any varmints that are down there.
Voila! No more varmints.
It's a little more expensive but a whole lot more fun.

Rookie. None of that works. 90% of a moles diet is earthworms. 80% of grub controls are not strong enough to kill earthworms which you really dont want to do anyhow since they are beneficial.

I use a product called Talparid. Fake works loaded with Bromethelin.

I find the main tunnels and install a worm. Mole be gone.
