Hmm…not familiar with the Sterling Buffet. I’m not sure I’m brave enough to expose my weak immune system to a buffet in a post-COVID world, but Bacchanal at Ceasar’s was excellent, and widely considered the best brunch in Vegas at the time we went, which is why we went. Mirage had a good buffet from what I remember too, but I think the entire Mirage resort is being torn down this summer? I saw Cirque du Soleil’s The Beatles - Love there, which was so much fun! I’ve also seen CdS’s Ka, and The Blue Man Group, and Queen in Vegas, and there are always so many other shows I want to see! Was bummed I didn’t get to try Giada’s restaurant because I love watching her, but the restaurant didn’t have great reviews at the time :x Among other celebrity restaurants I’ve tried, I remember Bataalli and Bastianich Burgers & Brews were good, but that was before Mario’s sexual (harassments or assaults?) were revealed. Had apps and hurricanes at the bar at Emeril’s on Mardi Gras, which were good too. Hash House A-Go-Go is legit, open all night and the portions are massive. Yelped a fairly authentic Chinese noodle place in Chinatown on Lunar New Year once that was amazing, but also very spicy! They had these tiny cups with a drink made of mung bean paste or something to cool the spicy burn…that needs to be a thing everywhere! Didn’t get to go to the Taco Bell with the wall of Slurpee-style alcoholic drinks and wedding ceremonies or the M&M store
