Sex & Shenanigans

One, but I'm planning a lot more. Because my dog needs a dog to keep him company, and if you have two, you may as well get. Once you have three.....

Before I started my old masterpiece movie for the night, I tried to watch Schitt’s Creek again. First episode… I see a family who loses everything, and is forced to live in a place they hate…. That is as far as I got (probably same as when I tried before).

That premise is as unfunny as any I can think of. Maybe I should start at a later episode? What I saw was making me more depressed and sad by the minute. Sorry, my tolerance for seeing people really unhappy is quite low. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

So, onto my old, classic movie that I have seen enough times to know it all comes out good in the end. 🥰🥰🥰💃💃💃

They are very uptight, spoiled and entitled people. It is a riches to rags hilarious story. Trust me. It isn't sad. 😁

I agree... I really tried getting into it, but I'm just like I'd rather be watching Arrested Development again.

The gif's are hilarious, but the show itself has me like

It isn't sad. When you strip it down, it is about a family who loses everything in order to learn what is important. Especially at the beginning, they are delusional about getting back to the vapid lives they had, but grow. The first season is funny. The second season is hilarious right from the first episode. The growth is fantastic.

It also has some of the best bisexual representation on television ever. David's sexuality is never treated as a joke, nor is it treated as anything that shouldn't be accepted. It is beautiful in that.

If you need to jump to another season, do that. But honestly, you miss the actual growth of the characters. None of them become saints. Instead they become real people. To me, it is best to start with who they are to see who they become.

Little late but I used to be heavy into paintball back in the day too. We had a nice spot set up in the woods and would have absolute blasts playing. I think I still have a couple markers hanging around.

My worst welt was taking one point blank on my hand, that bastard was horrible, the swelling was impressive!

Had to play catch up, my birthday plus poker night meant a lot of bullshitting and a couple drinks tonight.
